I’m skilled at copywriting and content writing, which have helped me to develop even stronger writing skills in the Finnish language, even though I am a native speaker. In addition, I have over five years of experience in different customer service jobs. Working in hospitality has provided me with exceptional communication skills, the ability to work in quickly changing situations or environments, and a passion for problem solving. As a part-time freelancer, I’ve learned to manage my time effectively and work both independently and with a team online.
I am flexible and easy to work with, and since I have worked for more than 3 years with English as the work language, I have developed strong writing and verbal skills. I believe extraordinary customer service is one of the keys to any business’s success, and especially in the online era, successful businesses need to provide friendly service and a person-centered approach around the clock and through various channels.
