As an international account manager my portfolio of client accounts will include leading operators from iGaming’s regulated markets. I’m a business talent who is able to build trusted relationships with clients/brands and know how to communicate with decision makers. I would relish the opportunity to be a main contact point dealing with CEOs, Casino Directors, Product Owners, Games Team, Marketing departments, Casino Operations, CRM and even Head of Affiliates.
I believe having a background from a Customer service role or experience working in Payment, Risk and Fraud should be an asset, in addition to personality, charisma and confidence. I’m able to understand the full player journey and offer basic insight on games, bonuses, promotional tools and certain regulative matters when it comes to local markets.
