Customer Service – Danish

The team at GamingMyJob.com loves to connect excellent service talents with top international companies in iGaming and Fintech.  That’s why one of our successful clients are looking to strengthen their customer service department with another Danish agent. You will be based in their Malta-office and you will join a well-established company who has a very loyal player database and a superb product portfolio. This role is more than just emails and chat as the company has very ambitious plans for their employees in 2022. Are you the right one? Are you curious to know more?

We look for these skills and strengths:

  • You are able to communicate and offer support to users and players
  • You help customers when they have questions and queries about bonuses, promotions and campaigns
  • You solve tickets in a professional manner and you would like to exceed the customer’s expectations
  • You support your own colleagues and departments by being available and positive
  • You are interested in iGaming, you take responsibility for your daily tasks and you are not afraid to ask to learn more about various topics
  • You have skills which makes you identify, search and find solutions to customer issues using internal tools and software systems available
  • You take on training to understand and support players in Responsible Gambling
  • You are able to liaise with different departments including Payment and Fraud, AML, CRM, Content and also Affiliate marketing.

Our candidate should be :

  • A native Danish speaker
  • Computer literate
  • A solid communicator with proactive skills and helpful
  • Curious about iGaming and you are hungry for training and knowledge
  • With a DNA that makes you being able to deal with people and offer the best service
  • A flexible team player with awesome energy and a positive spirit
  • Always striving to deliver the best possible result with good training, passion and dedication
  • Previous experience in a service role or hospitality will be a bonus
