Customer Service – Finnish

Our team at GamingMyJob is looking for a Finnish customer service agent for one of our client companies in Malta. This would be a great opportunity to come and prove yourself in one of the most exciting iGaming companies in 2022, and you will be offered both training, relocation-package and quarterly bonus.

As a support agent you will be a contact point for their online players/users via chat and email and your focus is to provide the best possible support experience. There is no phone support.

We look for these skills and strengths:

  • You have good communication skills
  • You know what good customer service means and you would like to show it
  • You are able to inform online users about the company’s promotions and online bonuses
  • Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies
  • Identify and support players if they have any special issues
  • You are part of a team and support department that keep up to date with new information, guidelines and regulations
  • You are able to understand, advice and follow-up with players in regards to Responsible Gambling
  • You liaise well with different departments including Fraud and payments, Content and CRM
  • You will be trained in Anti-Money Laundering and you report suspicious activity

Our candidate should be :

  • A Native Finnish speaker
  • A nice team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible and also be confident working independently
  • Enjoy learning and understand that training will give you better understanding of company and product portfolio
  • Able to offer great customer service to people by being patient and a good listener
