Customer Service – Norwegian

Our client is looking for a Norwegian speaking customer support agent for their popular online casino which is based in Malta. We are keen to welcome CVs from candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality service, skilled in good communication, interested in sports and casinos and want to kickstart their igaming careers. Are you ready?

If you are the right candidate, you will end up assisting a global casino player database via live chat and email. You will help the customers with a wide range of player account questions, including payments, KYC and verification, game play issues and queries about how to get casino bonuses and popular promotions.

If you will be chosen as their next employee, you will be taken well care of from your first day with the company and relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including sports betting, LIVE casino and other products. You will be given time to develop your skills and be part of a creative team full of interesting characters and personalities.
