Dutch Customer Service – Barcelona
We are searching for Dutch customer service talents who can assist us in our goal to provide online casino customers with the best online gaming experience. You’ll be part of a small team of customer support agents who will help Dutch casino players in their native tongue.
We give comprehensive training so that you can provide the most outstanding level of assistance possible, and be knowledgeable about online casino bonuses, Responsible Gaming, and AML. However, a candidate needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working as a Dutch online casino customer service agent means you will be dealing with our valued casino players through email and chat. You and your colleagues in the Dutch customer service will collaborate closely with various departments like Marketing, Payments, Fraud, CRM, and Content –as our overall focus is all about satisfying our casino players.

Dutch Customer Service’s main tasks
• Provide Dutch customer service via email, LIVE chat, and the occasional phone call
• Each member of the customer service is responsible for creating a top team atmosphere and establishing positive relationships with the casino players
• Help to assist and support online customers in using our services and products through the desktop or mobile devices
• Always work hard to maintain and improve customer satisfaction among our Dutch casino player database
• Assist customers with resolving queries, inform them about procedures and latest promotions and casino bonuses
• Share knowledge and contribute to team projects to improve Dutch customer service activities
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including Responsible Gambling, Banking, Compliance, Content, and CRM, to maintain a positive and healthy gambling environment
• Take on training to improve product knowledge, market knowledge, and customer compliance procedures
• Respond to written and verbal internal communications in English and be available for regular performance evaluations with your team leader or Head of the Customer Service Department.
Required skills for Dutch Customer Service
• Dutch language skills are a must as you need to be able to speak and write fluently if you want to be a customer service agent for Dutch online casino players
• Fluency in England is valuable
• Customer service experience from Holland would be a bonus even if it’s not from iGaming jobs
• You should be able to work efficiently under pressure, have positive energy, and be helpful
• Flexibility and adaptability are important as Dutch customer service agents will play a key role in the company
• You are a responsible team player who can show empathy, reach resolutions, and have confidence in your communication skills
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office and basic tech knowledge would be appreciated
