Financial Controller’s Responsibilities
● The Financial Controller will be a key part of the team, reporting to and supporting management on important matters
● Business and financial support: you’ll be keen on transparency
● Business drivers: you’ll nurture and develop these
● Developing the business will be important to you: you’ll achieve this by implementing and supporting business driver-based KPIs
● Your role in the business as a Financial Controller will directly impact its financial performance thanks to your interpretation of all available data
● You’ll see the ins and outs of the entire financial year and plan and support the next
● You’ll regularly update the directors with forecasts
● You’ll take part in the analysis of trends in quality of acquisition to optimise ROI
● Your role will require flexibility: you’ll report and analyze different segments and different verticals
● You’ll understand and implement platform reconciliation of PSP transactions
Financial Controller’s Requirements
● Ideally, the Financial Controller candidate will have accumulated 5+ years of industry experience in the online gaming industry – but we’ll consider strong candidates with 3+ years experience in a similar role
● A telephone call, a face-to-face meeting, another email chain… These are all skills that should be second nature to you by now
● Exceptional organisational skills: it’ll take you seconds to find what you need
