Finnish Customer Service Agent’s job
The Finnish customer service agent will be responsible for helping the growing Finnish customer service team. This role mean you will be assisting online players and handle new enquires from customers through various communication channels like chat and email and provide excellent service on a daily basis. This agent cares about customer satisfaction and able to solve customer queries fast and in a friendly manner.
The Finnish customer service agent and our dedicated team members work closely together so they can offer personalized service based on each player’s query and demand. Every Finnish casino player and online user should be treated as an unique individual. The Finnish customer service agent will provide assistance and support when it comes to Responsible Gaming, Banking Issues or information about latest casino bonuses. Other job duties will include staying updated and undergo training in new policies like Anti-Money Laundering and liaise with other departments when necessary.
