Finnish VIP Account Manager’s responsibilities
Finnish VIP Account Manager will be entrusted with dealing with the most important casino players while working in a wonderful team environment. • Execute and manage various VIP campaigns
• Utilize available data to deliver effective promotional campaigns as well as credit and record player bonuses.

Finnish VIP Account Manager’s requirements
Finnish VIP Account Manager candidate should ideally have with a minimum of one year’s experience as a VIP account manager or as a senior customer service agent who has previously dealt with VIP casino players. Other requirements desired for this role to be found below:
• Native Finnish speaker with outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and presentational)
• Proven track record of developing and managing partnerships with Finnish casino players or VIP accounts
• Experience with cross-departmental collaboration including marketing, CRM, Content, Customer service

• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to balance various tasks
