Head of Affiliates for Crypto’s responsibilities

As our Head of Affiliates for Crypto in Malta, you will be fronting the Affiliate department and be responsible for driving quality traffic and business profit to our international casino brands.

– Nurture and manage existing affiliate relationships to optimize any existing deals
– Manage portfolios of high affiliate accounts of new depositing customers
– To monitor and analyze affiliate performance and measure affiliate accounts effectiveness
– Assist with monthly invoicing and reporting
– Attending events, seminars, and conferences
– Growing and developing an affiliate team comprising performance staffing and career development.
– Formulate recruitment and affiliate marketing strategies and camping programs that positively promote the iGaming and crypto products.
– Coming up with strategies that will ultimately increase quality together with the yield of affiliate partners
– Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure campaigns perform, and improvements are suggested

Head of Affiliates for Crypto’s requirements

Who will work as a Head of Affiliate for Crypto? We are seeking a candidate with a track record of success in iGaming affiliation and exceeding company revenue targets, while
able to demonstrate leadership abilities to build and nurture a team of affiliate managers. Below are the requirements:

– A six-year experience in affiliate management of iGaming crypto casino brands.
– At least two years of experience in team management
– Good management and leadership skills
– Sufficient experience in iGaming crypto industry
– Network and portfolio of existing crypto affiliates
– Solid sales and negotiating skills
– Knowledgeable in business KPIs and dynamics
– Effective reporting skills
– In-depth knowledge of the iGaming Industry
– A second language relevant to our target markets is a big plus
