Swedish Customer Service’s responsibilities

Swedish Customer Service Representative’s job is to help new online players after they have registered a player account, how to navigate on the website or follow up if there are technical problems. It’s always good customer service to show how a casino player can use the website while explaining about casino bonuses and special promotions.  As well as managing interactions with online users, resolving customer complaints by utilizing available resources internally and be a member of a very popular customer service department in Malta.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Help casino players by email and LIVE-chat, and respond to users’ questions and problems in a friendly way.
  • Make sure that weekly campaigns and casino promotions are the same across all communication channels.
  • Process KYC documents (receive, handle, and confirm)
  • Use good judgment in challenging situations by keeping your cool and being professional.
  • Know and follow the company’s rules and procedures, and help the customers by staying up to date on any changes to the rules and regulations.
  • Respond to and support contact with customers in the relevant languages
  • Conduct research into potential solutions to problems experienced by players and other users
  • Communicate with relevant departments to find solutions to problems and liaise with other customer service colleagues
  • Report concerns that cannot be handled by following the stated policy, processes, and protocols.
  • To address issues, make use of the tools and information resources that are available.
  • Monitoring of casino players’ activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Making changes to transactions in customer accounts when needed or asked to do so
  • Maintaining professionalism and adhering to company standards throughout all interactions
  • Assistance with special Customer Service projects

Swedish Customer Service’s requirements

To do well as a Swedish Customer Service, you need to be able to communicate well and gain the trust of our customers. The candidate should be able to write and speak the Swedish language well, and a native Swedish speaker will be preferred for the job. The following skills and qualities will be required:

  • Ability to think critically and make decisions based on experience
  • Ability to use computers and handle sensitive information with care
  • Understanding both written and spoken English
  • It would be helpful if you know something about iGaming
  • Know how to deal with ambiguity and figure out what customers want.
